MeInPetra Terms & Conditions By submitting content, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own the submitted photographs or otherwise have the legal authority to submit and authorize their use. You retain your copyright. You grant MeInPetra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, crop, optimize, watermark, display, translate accompanying text, and promote approved contributions for the operation and promotion of the MeInPetra cultural and tourism archive. If a photograph shows you, your submission confirms your consent to its publication. If it clearly shows another identifiable person, you confirm that you have obtained that person’s permission when permission is legally required. For minors, you confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian or have obtained the required parent/guardian authorization. Do not submit intimate, unlawful, defamatory, dangerous, infringing, misleading or privacy-violating content. Every submission is reviewed. MeInPetra may approve, request changes, reject, archive, unpublish or remove content at its discretion and is not required to publish every submission. Publication does not mean MeInPetra verifies every factual statement supplied by a contributor. You may request removal of your published contribution. Reasonable steps will be taken for future public display, while historic backups, audit records, legal records and material already lawfully used may be retained where necessary. Photo ratings and Likes are community signals and may be moderated or disabled. Tourism advertising requests are subject to admin approval; free promotion at the current stage creates no guarantee of placement, duration or future free commercial service. Sponsoring is currently disabled and may be reintroduced later. MeInPetra certificates are commemorative records issued manually by an administrator after an approved contribution. They are free of charge, have no monetary or official governmental value, and can be verified using their certificate number/QR record.
